The Challenge:

Caterer and private chef, Chef K wanted a redesigned site to attract and keep clients, streamline her business processes, and manage payments.

I designed and launched a site that allows users to place orders, request quotes for events, and connect with Chef K via chat. I also helped Chef K redesign her brand to create a strong, consistent brand identity used across the site and tailored marketing materials.

Key Highlights & Outcomes:

Responsive Order Forms: Built out responsive request forms for customers to enter their dietary preferences, contact information, and event details. All data was captured and stored on the backend, allowing Chef K to retain and keep track of customer information.

CMS and Automation: Used CMS to trigger automations that streamline Chef K's manual intake tasks and group customers by preferences for targeted marketing.

Responsive and Accessible Design: Created a fully responsive website, designed in Figma, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience across desktop and mobile devices, maximizing accessibility for all potential clients.

Rebrand and Redesign: Developed a content marketing plan and created engaging social media content (TikTok & Instagram) to build attract new clients and reintroduce Chef K to her existing user base. Created various physical marketing products to attract new clients at in person events.
